di tre villette completamente autonome ed indipendenti.
Le villette hanno in comune un cortile ed un terrazzo/solarium. Ogni villetta è
caratterizzata da spaziose ed eleganti TERRAZZE che regalano un'atmosfera
piacevole e rilassante.
Il complesso di nuova costruzione sono a 100 metri dal mare, vicine ad una bella
caletta di sabbia, parte di questa spiaggia è libera e parte è privata, quindi
consente di affittare ombrelloni e sdraio.
Ogni villetta è composta da ampio soggiorno, 3 camere da letto (6 posti letto+2),
2 bagni completi di tutti i servizi, un ampio porticato accessibile dal soggiono
attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all’aperto, cortile con parcheggio.
Le villette sono completamente arredate e fornite di ogni confort: zanzariere, TV,
lavatrice, barbecue, Wi-Fi free, ecc…
Le villette si trovano in un angolo di pace nel pieno centro del paese la vicinanza
al mare, negozi, ristoranti e pub vi permetteranno di fare una vacanza senza prendere
la macchina.
Si affittano per mesi, settimane o weekend…
LOCALITA’: Santa Maria di Leuca “De Finibus terrae” nell'orizzonte dei due mari
che si incrociano all'estrema punta della Puglia e diventano Mediterraneo
offrendo da un litorale la scogliera e dall’altro la spiaggia.

TYPICAL MEDITERRANEAN VILLA The house is set in a fabulous
private courtyard shared with three other households in a very central
and safe neighbourhood. The house is in a private road with no through
car passage (apart from the people living there) and benefits from a large
shared courtyard and terraces with outdoor dining, solarium and shower
to be used as exclusive use for each family. The accommodation includes
2 master bedrooms with double- beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large
living room plus dining area with a large kitchen and a huge terrace with
direct access for the outdoor area, two large bathrooms plus an outdoor
toilet with laundry area and private parking. The house is new and fully
equipped and also benefits from new set of furniture and all equipment for
cooking. The property is also ventilated inside with natural breeze coming
through. The nearest beach is just 100 meters away from the villa, as well
as a food market open 7 days a week . You will park the car and forget
driving. Everything is nearby, including restaurants, supermarkets, pub, bars
in the heart of Leuca, rent a bike and enjoy the Lidos or rent a boat to explore
the astonishing caves.
